Adolescent Psychiatry

Adolescence is a time of rapid change, growth, and self-discovery—but it can also bring emotional, academic, and social challenges. I offer specialized psychiatric care for teenagers struggling with mood disorders, anxiety, ADHD, behavioral concerns, and difficulties related to life transitions.

My approach to working with adolescents is compassionate and developmentally informed. I aim to create a supportive environment where teens feel comfortable expressing themselves while involving families appropriately in the treatment process. Building trust is key, and I work to empower teens to develop healthier coping skills, emotional awareness, and confidence.

Through careful assessment and tailored treatment planning, I help adolescents and their families navigate this critical period with greater understanding, communication, and resilience. Whether through medication management, therapeutic support, or a combination of both, my focus is always on the individual needs of each young person.
